As a Sales Manager, you'll drive new business growth by identifying and securing high-value partners across the iGaming ecosystem. You'll help expand Bragg's global footprint by connecting operators and platform providers with our technology and content solutions. This role is key to accelerating revenue and building long-term partnerships. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with clients across international markets, making a direct impact on our growth.
This is a remote role from Malta.
What you'll do:
Identify, target, and acquire new B2B clients (operators, affiliates, aggregators, and platform providers)
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, presentations, negotiation, and closing deals
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Present company products and solutions (e.g., casino games, sportsbook, turnkey platforms, white-label solutions)
Attend industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to generate leads and expand network
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, account management) to align sales strategies
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and prepare regular sales reports
What you bring to the team:
2-5+ years of B2B sales experience in iGaming (casino, sportsbook, SaaS, or platforms)
Proven track record of closing high-value deals
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple sales pipelines independently
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
