Membership Sales Specialist

We're hiring a high-energy, results-driven Membership Sales Specialist to drive new memberships and deliver an exceptional first experience for every guest.

What You'll Earn

• Base pay: $13-$16/hour
• Uncapped commission (top performers earn significantly more)

What You'll Do (Sales-Focused)

• Convert leads into memberships (phone, text, and in-person)
• Consistently hit and exceed monthly sales goals
• Build relationships that drive referrals and retention
• Bring energy to the studio-every guest, every time

Schedule Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

We are looking for team members with flexible availability, including:

• Early mornings: 4:30 AM - 12:30 PM
• Evenings: 3:30 PM - 7:00 PM
• Weekends required: Saturday & Sunday (7:00 AM - 1:00 PM)

You must be available for weekends and a mix of shifts to be considered.
