Sales Development Representative
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective communication and proactive prospecting. This role involves engaging in outbound and cold calling efforts to generate leads, nurture relationships, and schedule appointments in a fast-paced environment. A strong background in B2B or technology sales is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound and cold calls to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities
Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and track sales progress
Schedule and coordinate in-person meetings with qualified prospects
Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and enhance lead generation efforts
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and company offerings to effectively communicate value propositions
Achieve individual and team sales targets while contributing to overall business development goals
Qualifications:
Experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales environments
Strong sales skills with the ability to influence decision-making
Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer relationships
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with a strong customer service focus
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Candidate must pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
Once hired on, the candidate would transition to a salary pay plus variable pay based on the number of appointments scheduled.
