Inside Sales Rep

Role: Inside Sales Rep

Duration: 4 month assignment

Location: onsite Monday-Friday Birmingham, AL

Details:

Handle highvolume inbound calls during Open Enrollment
Support ACA Marketplace enrollments and Medicare plan inquiries
Walk members through:
Eligibility
Tax credits
Plan selection and comparisons
Assist existing members with plan changes and renewals
Accurately document calls and actions in systems
Occasionally support outbound activities tied to specific projects
Provide excellent customer service in longform calls (30 minutes)

TOP MUST-HAVES:

Strong Customer Service

Call Center experience (working on the phones)

Onsite Mon-Fri
