Role: Inside Sales Rep

Duration: 4 month assignment

Location: onsite Monday-Friday Birmingham, AL

Details:

  • Handle highvolume inbound calls during Open Enrollment

  • Support ACA Marketplace enrollments and Medicare plan inquiries

  • Walk members through:

  • Eligibility

  • Tax credits

  • Plan selection and comparisons

  • Assist existing members with plan changes and renewals

  • Accurately document calls and actions in systems

  • Occasionally support outbound activities tied to specific projects

  • Provide excellent customer service in longform calls (30 minutes)

TOP MUST-HAVES:

Strong Customer Service

Call Center experience (working on the phones)

Onsite Mon-Fri
