Major Duties
As a Consumer Sales Support Coordinator, you will complete order research and processing for Consumer, Micro-Biz and Consumer MDU sales channels. You support to maintain and improve on Fidium's high level of sales to order install KPIs and be the primary Sales Partner contact for order related questions or administrative Support as deemed necessary
Classification: Non Exempt, Non-Bargaining, SG 40
Location: Remote #LI-Remote
Responsibilities
Update and maintain primary and individual sales partner order trackers
Update and maintain individual sales partner dispute and missing order trackers
Individual order research via CRM use and interaction with both sales partners and company intersects alike
Communicate with management team regularly regarding order roster status
Communicate with sales partners in the form of maintaining their trackers and answering applicable questions
Collaborate with different teams and departments to ensure maximum order installation
Qualifications
4-6 years applicable experience
Strong knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet and database software
Functional experience with spreadsheet software, high familiarity of MS Excel a must
Experience performing various forms of online research
Significant attention to detail and an ability to quickly spot and fix problems
Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize
Detail-oriented and a strict attention and appreciation for deadlines
High level of organization and detail-orientation
Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative
Good attitude toward teamwork as well as the ability to work independently
Candidate must be highly motivated, a self-starter and a great team player. High standards and attention to detail are necessary to ensure production of quality timely work.

Salary
Pay range (commensurate with skills and experience): $17.10 - $25.92
