We show up for each other and we know that through teamwork we achieve greatness.Champion change We know adaptation and improvement are requirements to survive and to thrive.Enjoy the journey We create an environment where our team feels appreciated and has fun along the way.In this role you will get to:Analyze the Data Center market and market opportunities to develop and lead the execution of a coordinated sales strategy focused on fulfilling Trystars vision to be a full solution provider to our customersLead directly and through influence a data center team including direct reports and cross functional partners (Application Engineering, Field Sales Engineering and CX)Coach team members on complex, multiyear pursuit selling Establish operating cadence, pipeline rigor, and account planning disciplineCreate plans and campaigns that mobilize the Trystar team to develop opportunities and increase win ratesEngage directly with Data Center Customers to win new accounts by:Identify how Trystar can help meet their unmet needs and constraints with our current offering or through custom solutionsPartner with Engineering and Solution Owners to translate customer standards into scalable offeringsDrive inclusion of Trystar solutions in customer standards, basisofdesign documents, and EPC specsIdentify Data Center current and future capital expenditure plans and transition quoting and fulfillment activity to the Trystar CX team, supporting as needed through successful order conversion and ensuring a world-class customer experienceExecute sales forecasting at a level that improves the effectiveness of the other functional groups performance and helps Trystar exceed customer expectations on delivery and responsivenessExhibit a growth mindset and display your ability to manage changeUtilize your business acumen in regular decision makingArticulate technology differentiators to both business and technical audiences, external and internal Key MetricsQualified Funnel and Win RateForecast AccuracySpecification wins and preferred supplier designationsNew Account Orders & RevenueJob Requirements:BASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelors DegreeStrong communication skills10+ years of B2B sales experience with 5+ years of electrical system BD experience in the Data Center market.Ability to travel up to 70% to engage customers, EPC partners, industry events, and Trystar facilities across North America.ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONSStrong analytical and computer skillsEngineeredtoorder / complex electrical systems experienceStrong technical aptitudeStrong team and collaboration skills across multiple functions with ability to quickly build strong partnerships both internally and externally.
