Sell more, close more: While you would be working for Grande Prairie Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, you have the ability to cross-sell inventory across five dealerships within the Grande Prairie market, as well as access AutoCanada’s national inventory of 68 dealerships—so you’re never limited to a single store
Proven success : Grande Prairie Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram has been a #1 volume seller for many years
Greet and assist customers in the showroom while maintaining a professional, welcoming environment
Act as a subject-matter expert on new and used vehicles, financing options, and application processes
Build rapport with customers and guide them through vehicle selection and payment negotiations
Present vehicles through test drives, demonstrations, and dealership walk-throughs
Maintain accurate customer records to drive repeat and referral business
Proactively follow up with prospects via phone and email to maintain a full appointment calendar
Leverage negotiation skills while ensuring high customer satisfaction
Follow dealership policies, manufacturer standards, and required training programs
Perform other duties as assigned by store leadership
Must be 18 years of age or older (insurance requirement)
Valid provincial driver’s license with acceptable driver’s abstract
Authorized documentation to work in Canada
Ability to pass a pre-employment background and MVR screening
Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred
3+ years of customer-facing experience required (sales, retail, marketing, or customer service preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Competitive drive, resilience, consistency, and goal-oriented mindset
Ability to meet physical demands of the role
- Highly competitive, commission-based compensation with uncapped earnings: First-year earnings typically range from $40,000–$150,000+ , with the opportunity to earn well beyond this based on your results.
