A qualified candidate will serve as a key point of contact for customers visiting our facility, manage front desk operations, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. This position is ideal for a proactive, organized professional who enjoys interacting with people, keeps things running smoothly, and takes pride in delivering a high level of service every day. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming, customer-friendly environment and building strong relationships with visitors and clients Greet and assist customers entering the facility, directing them to the appropriate departments Professionally manage incoming calls and route them to the appropriate personnel Maintain front desk operations, including opening and closing duties and preparing the visitor area (including coffee service) Support the sales team with various administrative tasks including applying payments to open invoices, managing customer calls when needed and providing pertinent information to assist in the transaction between client and HGR*24. Prepare correspondence, reports, and other administrative documents Manage and balance the daily cash drawer and submits reports to the accounting department Communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, and vendors Performs additional administrative and support tasks as needed Qualifications Education & Experience High school diploma or GED required At least 1 year experience in a similar role Skills & Abilities Strong multitasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with MSOffice, Microsoft Teams and CRM Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
