WXOW/WQOW General Sales Manager
Allen Media Broadcasting is seeking a passionate and driven General Sales Manager to lead our stations in the La Crosse/Eau Claire markettwo vibrant, energetic collegemunities.
Are you a dynamic sales leader ready to take the next step in your career? This is an exciting opportunity for a high-performing Local Sales Manager with a strong digital background or a Digital Sales Manager looking to advance into a broader leadership role.
In this role, you will lead, inspire, and grow a talented sales team while helping shape the future of our stations in a strong andpetitive broadcast market.
What You'll Do:
Lead and develop a high-performing sales team through coaching, mentorship, and accountability
Drive revenue growth by creating and selling innovative opportunities across news and sports platforms
Identify and develop new revenue streams across Local, Regional, and Digital channels
Forecast, manage, and consistently exceed revenue goals
Foster a positive, motivated, and results-driven team culture
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in broadcast sales management (required)
A passion for coaching and developing team members to reach their full potential
Demonstrated success in exceeding revenue goals and driving business growth
Strong expertise in Local, Regional, and Digital sales strategies
Excellent leadership,munication, andanizational skills
Ability to analyze data, forecast revenue, and make strategic decisions
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Strong track record in television sales (local and/or national preferred)
Effective leadership and motivational abilities
Solidputer and digital proficiency
