What you'll do

Partner with the Core Sales Manager to determine requirements, strategy, and discovery needs for product demonstrationsSchedule meetings, presentations, and demonstrations based on prospect, vendor, and internal availabilityPrepare agendas, PowerPoint presentations, digital marketing materials, handouts, and promotional giveawaysCoordinate travel arrangements and submit expense requestsMaintain, test, and troubleshoot technology equipment, connectivity, and software to ensure reliable demonstrationsCoordinate and support the full Request for Proposal (RFP) lifecycle from receipt through submissionTrack RFP deadlines and ensure accurate, timely delivery of all required materialsAssist with drafting, formatting, and assembling highquality RFP responses in collaboration with senior team members, subject matter experts, and thirdparty resourcesPerform thorough proofreading, editing, and quality assurance reviewsDeliver finalized RFP responses with all required supporting documentationMaintain RFP databases and RFP software, ensuring content remains current and accurateUpdate and maintain tracking, reporting, and documentation within internal CRM systemsSupport additional sales and marketing initiatives with accuracy, organization, and attention to detailPerform other duties as assignedTravel up to 30%, primarily day trips with occasional overnight travel

What you'll bring

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Sales, Marketing prefferd but will consider appropriate work experience and/or certificationsOne or more years of sales and/or marketing experienceOne or more years of professional experience in a banking, credit union, or similar professional environment preferredOne or more years of customer service experienceStrong public speaking, scripting, and presentation skillsAbility and willingness to learn banking products and present them to various audiencesInitiative and ability to conduct independent research on unfamiliar topicsExcellent verbal and written communication skills with prospects, customers, partners, and internal stakeholdersBasic understanding of sales processes and CRM systemsIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookExperience with COCC/Fiserv DNA Core Processing system preferredExperience with secondary banking products (CRM, AML, Report Writer, Internet Banking, ATM) preferredExperience with Smartsheet preferredExperience with RFP software preferred

Salary Range for this role is $48,000-$63,000 per year
