MISSIONS CLES
Vous serez responsable du developpement et de la croissance des ventes de votre territoire. Le role est axe sur le " Clinique " est doit etre realise via de bons resultats cliniques. Vous serez egalement responsable de la mise en uvre de notre strategie de ventes, de la planification, du suivi de la clientele, des activites de vente et du developpement de la clientele sur votre territoire. Le reporting interne et la cooperation avec la direction et les collegues de l'organisation font partie de vos responsabilites professionnelles habituelles. Le Responsable Commercial.e devra egalement participer au support clinique dans les salles de catheterisme cardiaque et/ou en salle d'operation.
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITES
En tant que Responsable Commercial.e, vous etes responsables de:
- Promouvoir nos produits et procedures aupres des medecins et autres membres du personnel hospitalier et developpez une relation de confiance.
- Menez et mettez en uvre des activites avancees de developpement de marche et de marketing sur le terrain tout en respectant le budget assigne.
- Dispensez des presentations commerciales et demontrez l'utilisation appropriee des produits aux medecins.
- Contactez et planifiez des rendez-vous avec de nouveaux clients potentiels.
- Favorisez et coordonnez les activites de formation professionnelle pour ameliorer les connaissances des professionnels de la sante.
- Assurez l'exactitude et la validite des contrats de maintenance et des activites de gestion des appels d'offres.
- Collaborez avec l'equipe logistique pour assurer la disponibilite des produits afin de repondre aux besoins des clients. Examinez les commandes des clients et les ventes de produits et etablit un plan d'amelioration. Interagissez avec la direction des ventes et du marketing pour affiner les initiatives relatives aux produits et au marche.
- Analysez et elaborez des previsions de ventes sur votre secteur. Preparez les rapports de ventes et les documents selon les besoins.
- Participation a des conferences scientifiques, congres, salons et reunions commerciales internationales.
- Accompagnement des leaders d'opinion et implication dans des projets de developpement de marche pertinents
- Assistance telephonique et sur site pour les appels d'urgence dans le cadre de notre service d'urgence hospitalier.
VOTRE EXPERTISE/PROFIL :
- Diplome en genie biomedicale ou diplome d'infirmier d'etat, specialise.e en soins intensifs cardiaques, chirurgie cardiaque ou anesthesie-reanimation
- 3 a 5 ans d'experience commerciale reussie dans l'industrie des dispositifs medicaux, avec un accent sur la cardiologie interventionnelle ou la chirurgie cardiaque
- Formation et Experience professionnelle dans des laboratoires de catheterisme cardiaque et/ou des salles d'operation de soins intensifs cardiaques et/ou de chirurgie cardiaque
- Attitude convaincante et capacite a developper et a promouvoir des relations clients a long terme.
- Bonnes competences en communication et en presentation ainsi que capacite a travailler en equipe.
- Permis de conduire (obligatoire)
- Etre situe dans le territoire geographique
- Maitrise de l'Anglais
- Grande flexibilite et volonte de voyager 80% de votre temps dans les regions specifiees ainsi que preparation aux situations d'urgence.

Johnson & Johnson Heart Recovery (Abiomed) is recruiting a Territory Manager for Interventional Cardiology (M/F). Approximately 80% of travel is expected within the region, with occasional travel to support other sectors. There are 2 positions available: Eastern France Region and Western France Region.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be responsible for developing and growing sales in your territory. The role is clinic-focused and must be achieved through strong clinical results. You will also be responsible for implementing our sales strategy, planning, client follow-up, sales activities, and client development within your territory. Internal reporting and collaboration with management and colleagues are part of your usual professional responsibilities. The Territory Manager will also participate in clinical support in cardiac catheterization labs and/or operating rooms.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Territory Manager, you are responsible for:
- Promoting our products and procedures to physicians and other hospital staff, building a trust-based relationship.
- Leading and implementing advanced market development and field marketing activities while respecting the assigned budget.
- Delivering commercial presentations and demonstrating proper product use to physicians.
- Contacting and scheduling appointments with potential new clients.
- Facilitating and coordinating professional training activities to improve healthcare professionals' knowledge.
- Ensuring the accuracy and validity of maintenance contracts and tender management activities.
- Collaborating with the logistics team to ensure product availability to meet customer needs. Reviewing customer orders and sales of products and developing improvement plans. Interacting with sales and marketing management to refine product and market initiatives.
- Analyzing and developing sales forecasts for your sector. Preparing sales reports and documents as needed.
- Participating in scientific conferences, congresses, trade shows, and international business meetings.
- Supporting opinion leaders and engaging in relevant market development projects.
- Providing phone and on-site support for emergency calls within our hospital emergency service.
YOUR SKILLS/PROFILE:
- Degree in biomedical engineering or state-certified nurse, specialized in cardiac intensive care, cardiac surgery, or anesthesia-resuscitation.
- 3 to 5 years of successful sales experience in the medical device industry, with a focus on interventional cardiology or cardiac surgery.
- Training and professional experience in cardiac catheterization laboratories and/or cardiac intensive care and/or cardiac surgery operating rooms.
- Persuasive attitude and ability to develop and promote long-term client relationships.
- Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work in a team.
- Valid driving license (mandatory).
- Residing within the designated geographic area.
- Proficiency in English.
- High flexibility and willingness to travel 80% of your time within the specified regions, with readiness for emergency situations.
- On-call support via phone or on-site.
- Capable of lifting up to 30 kg.
- Able to stand for long hours during procedures and conferences.
