Responsibilities
Monitor customer service area and host waiting customers, providing fast and friendly customer serviceHandle complaints courteously and efficiently per company policyInspect vehicles and review vehicle owner's manual maintenance requirements to prioritize and promote needed products and services with customers and managementEffectively promote sales through explaining the benefits of products and services, implementing promotions and sales, and using suggestive selling techniquesPrepare necessary sales documentation such as warranties, service agreements, and the recording and registration of tire salesConduct efficient and accurate sales transactions; notify supervisor of any sales, cash or operating discrepanciesManage ticket average and profitability, and assist store manager in meeting company expectationsSupport store operations by assisting with opening/closing tasks, inventory, sales reporting, processing adjustments, merchandising and other related functions as required.Protect company assets by properly cleaning, maintaining, and storing tools and equipmentProperly check-in vendors, receive merchandise, and stock shelvesClean facilities, maintaining internal and external store appearance to comply with Big O Tires standardsSafely operate customer vehicles with automatic and manual transmissions, moving vehicles as needed to, and away from, service areasAssist in the proper training of new employees as neededTimely complete daily Today's Class Technician and other required trainingAll MFA Oil employees are expected to know and adhere to company and position specific policies and procedures.
