We are currently looking for future leaders for the following:
Manager in Training (MiT) - Sales Supervisor
The Manager in Training (MiT) position is an ideal starting place for anyone looking to create a career in the retail business. This exciting role is an excellent opportunity for advancement. This program includes up to 40 hours per week training at a designated location and completing of a training regimen to prepare you to enter into management. Successful candidates would be promoted to a Sales Supervisor role at the end of their program (no longer than 6 months).
Time will be specifically dedicated for you to learn the nuances of Management. You will have the ability to hone your leadership skills in combination with day to day operations of the store.
Specific time will be spent on:
- Financials
- Managing employees
- Hiring/ coaching/ succession planning
- Scheduling
- Be involved in decision making processes

- Must have Store Managers support to be eligible for enrollment in the program.
