Job Details: Director of Sales and Administration Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales: Develop sales strategies, manage client relationships, and grow market share using Bulksource and Salesforce.
  • Administration: Oversee scale house operations, ensuring accurate material tracking and customer service.
  • Management: Handle budgeting, reporting, and compliance with company policies.
  • Public Relations & Government Liaison: Serve as the primary contact for community and regulatory agencies.
  • Environmental Compliance: Ensure adherence to environmental regulations.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise sales and administrative teams.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in sales management, ideally in quarry or materials industry.
  • Knowledge of business administration, budgeting, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in Bulksource and Salesforce.
  • Strong communication skills for public and government interactions.
  • Familiarity with environmental regulations and scale house operations preferred.
