Job Details: Director of Sales and Administration Key Responsibilities:
- Sales: Develop sales strategies, manage client relationships, and grow market share using Bulksource and Salesforce.
- Administration: Oversee scale house operations, ensuring accurate material tracking and customer service.
- Management: Handle budgeting, reporting, and compliance with company policies.
- Public Relations & Government Liaison: Serve as the primary contact for community and regulatory agencies.
- Environmental Compliance: Ensure adherence to environmental regulations.
- Team Leadership: Supervise sales and administrative teams.
- Experience in sales management, ideally in quarry or materials industry.
- Knowledge of business administration, budgeting, and compliance.
- Proficiency in Bulksource and Salesforce.
- Strong communication skills for public and government interactions.
- Familiarity with environmental regulations and scale house operations preferred.
