Schedule Details Our Sales Department operates 7 days a week. After training, you will receive a 5day work schedule based on business needs. VIP Sales Executive shifts typically fall between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. As a VIP Sales Executive, you will be responsible for: Proactively follow up with all Vacation Introductory Program guests to minimize cancellations. Stamp all planners when turning tables to ensure accurate documentation. Achieve performance targets, maintaining 13.5% production or higher. Complete all Vacation Program agreements in full compliance with company standards and guidelines. Deliver a professional, polished presentation to every qualified guest. Identify, address, and resolve any quality assurance concerns to enhance the guest experience.
