Your Mission

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive our balance machine business.

Your Key Responsibilities

Business Development : Take the lead in mastering relationships and opportunities of existing customers/projects and bring new leads and opportunities from new customers to expand this important business area.

Project Management : Formulate and oversee the delivery of new projects on time, within budget, and with high quality outcomes for our clients.

What You Bring to the Table

Drive: High energy and a practical approach.

Qualified : Bachelor Degree in Engineering or similar (related apprenticeship).

Experienced :

Solid previous experience in Mechanical Engineering and Project Management.

Strong network in the Western Australian balance machines market.

Australian Eastern States and overseas experience/exposure would be a plus.

Site works - installation/repairs/inspections/surveys on balance machines critical componentry

Workshop repair/manufacturing of balance machines critical componentry - Track Wheels, Bogie Assemblies, Slew bearing/Slew Gear/Bucket Wheel Gearbox/Bucket Wheel and others

Exceptional People Skills : Strong interpersonal abilities to build relationships.

Collaborative Leadership : A team player with experience working across multifunctional teams.

Computer Literacy : Strong computer literacy in MS Office.
