The Treasury Management Sales Support & Implementation Supervisor serves as a key partner to Treasury Management Sales & Payments Advisors, helping drive revenue growth through high-quality onboarding and implementation of Treasury solutions. This role blends direct client service and onboarding execution with leadership responsibilities, mentoring junior team members and driving process improvements. The Supervisor plays a critical role in managing complex onboarding projects, improving client experience, and strengthening internal collaboration.Pay Range: $84,878 - $112,463 - $140,049
Job Responsibilities:
- Client Onboarding & Sales Support
- Partner with Treasury Management Sales & Payments Advisors to design and implement cash management solutions.
- Lead the onboarding process for complex, integration-heavy Treasury Management products and services.
- Respond to client inquiries and manage escalations related to onboarding and implementation.
- Prepare client-facing materials, cost/benefit analyses, and pricing recommendations.
- Team Leadership & Development
- Serve as a player-coach by mentoring Sales Associates and Implementation Specialists.
- Provide training, guidance, and oversight on best practices, procedures, and compliance.
- Champion collaboration across departments (Risk, Compliance, Operations) to resolve process barriers.
- Lead internal process improvement efforts, documentation, and training initiatives.
- Continued Learning & Market Awareness
- Develop expertise in client cash management needs and industry trends.
- Stay current on regulatory and product developments; complete at least one advanced training or certification per quarter.
- Conduct competitor analysis to inform recommendations and maintain competitive positioning.
- Client Engagement
- Participate in joint sales calls and manage pipeline activities with Sales & Product Advisors.
- Support pricing strategies and ensure timely solution setup.
- Internal Collaboration
- Coordinate with internal partners to ensure accurate billing, pricing setup, and product implementation.
- Lead or support cross-functional projects that enhance the client experience and streamline operations.
- Uses independent judgement and discretion to make decisions.
- Analyzes and resolves problems.
- Responsible for talent management functions including: employment, performance evaluations, staff development/training, disciplinary actions, succession planning and ensuring all staff comply with compliance requirements.
ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Performs special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required.
- Consistently adheres to regulatory and compliance policies and standards linked to the job as listed and complete required compliance trainings. Accountable to maintain compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Required Qualifications:
- Education level required: High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent .
- Minimum experience required: 8+ Years in Treasury Management, Commercial Banking, or related field.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and mentor others.
- Strong client-facing skills, analytical abilities, and knowledge of treasury products.
- Familiarity with compliance, BSA/AML, and operational risk frameworks.
Job Competencies:
- Demonstrates continued growth of knowledge on understanding of treasury management products and services.
- Develops an understanding of business cash flows, accounting processes and financial optimization.
- Develops an understanding of value propositions related to treasury management applications within a corporate treasury environment.
- General understanding of both business and banking regulations such as UCC, Reg CC, Reg E and regulatory guidance/oversight.
- Developing sales/negotiation aptitude and the ability to tactfully communicate at a senior executive level.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to think both creatively and strategically when devising a client solution.
- Possesses strong aptitude for time management, organization and the ability to manage multiple initiatives successfully.
- Ability to prepare, distribute direct client materials; Microsoft Tool proficiency Power point, Word and Excel.
- Ability to mobilize internal networks and resources to resolve a service challenge or develop a solution.
- Demonstrates a strong ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders by communicating clearly, engaging in proactive collaboration, and leveraging cross functional insights. Aligns relationship building efforts with enterprise goals to accelerate performance and drive strategic results.
