Position Summary
Responsible for account management duties, and business retention metrics for products and services while in support of profitable growth and other business objectives. Supports the strategic business plans for accounts and brokers focusing in on member retention, service clients, and achievement of financial goals.
What you will do
Manages a portfolio of client accounts in conjunction with an Account Director, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
Compiles complex client data, that will focus on account performance to identify opportunities for upselling products
Assist the Account Director with account plans and strategies to maximize revenue, mitigate risks, and achieve account growth targets.
Participates in routine business reviews with clients, discussing performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and making recommendations to optimize account outcomes.
Collaborates with internal stakeholders to align account strategies, deliver value-added solutions, and enhance customer experience.
Provide business support for client presentations, RFP's, renewals, and reports to showcase account performance, highlight opportunities, and drive engagement.
Performs account management and customer support, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and positive client experience
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of client issues while meeting client expectations and driving customer satisfaction.
Identifies and assesses risks within client accounts, helps develop mitigation strategies and action plans to proactively address challenges and ensure long-term success with assigned customers.
Required Qualifications
2+ years work experience in employee benefits industry, account management or customer service experience.
Working knowledge of problem solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
An active resident insurance producer license, as required by state law or the ability to obtain an insurance producer license within 60 days of start date.
Availability to travel up to 10% (possible out of state travel).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Self-funded accounts.
Stop Loss background.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $112,200.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
