Central Arizona Supply 2.9 Receptionist/Sales Coordinator Sign in to apply Scottsdale, AZ Sign in to apply **External agencies & recruiters, please do not contact regarding this position** Central Arizona Supply is looking for a motivated, friendly & approachable, customer-focused, Branch Receptionist / Sales Coordinator to work in our North Scottsdale, AZ branch. The Receptionist is the first point of contact for customers and vendors, setting a positive vibe with an upbeat & helpful attitude. This role involves supporting the showroom and parts counter teams, as well as ensuring a seamless customer experience. Central Arizona Supply will train for responsibilities associated with position. Responsibilities Direct phone calls and greet walk-in customers. Help direct customers in the showroom and qualify walk-ins for the salespeople. Work with other departments to quickly and efficiently resolve customer service issues as they arise. Verify branch daily cash balancing. Request and monitor vendor returns. Create specification books for Sales Consultants as requested. Help keep the reception, showroom and counter areas clean and tidy, and ensure supplies are stocked. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements 2+ years' experience in a Receptionist/Administrative position. High school diploma/GED required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Skilled at handling difficult customers with professionalism and understanding. Capable of following written instructions and documented procedures. Highly motivated team player with a Can-Do attitude who works well with others. Accuracy & attention to detail along with superior organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook.
