- Build relationships with homeowners and guide them through the insurance claims process.
- Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters for storm damage, providing accurate estimates.
- Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality work and satisfied customers.
- Generate leads through door-to-door outreach and referrals.
- Represent TEC's commitment to excellence in every customer interaction.
- A motivated, goal-driven individual who thrives in a competitive environment.
- Willingness to learn-no prior industry experience required. We provide comprehensive training!
- Comfortable working outdoors and inspecting roofs (we'll train you on everything you need to know).
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
