As an Inside Sales Executive (ISE), you will have the opportunity to drive growth through partnerships with all of our clients and will focus on finding new competitive opportunities within a defined region, ultimately helping to improve the lives of patients through our extensive diagnostic test offerings.

This is a unique role where you will be a part of a new team, collaborating with internal and external customers, while growing our business.

The main objective of an ISE is to identify and convert new business opportunities for Labcorp. Success comes through persistence, high volumes of outbound dials, and consistent email communications with prospects and targeted accounts. ISEs are expected to generate new business, incremental revenue, and testing volume opportunities through executing outbound call campaigns. This is a new business development and lead generation position with a monthly new sales quota.

This position is hybrid (2 days remote (M/F)/3 days in-office (Tu/Wed/Th).

Job Duties / Responsibilities

  • Driving business through phone marketing campaigns: ISEs will be engaged in sales campaigns over the phone to drive leads, new business, and testing conversions aligned with divisional objectives. This can include the need for 40+ outbound dials per day.

  • Lead generation: As growth opportunities develop through relationships over the phone, ISEs will be responsible for working with the outside field reps to send out qualified leads. These leads may include:

    • Accounts requesting an in-person visit after phone conversations

    • Clients interested in additional testing options following a phone conversation

    • Participating in lead generation call(s) with field reps to identify accounts requiring additional support during the month

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; Associates or Bachelor's degree is preferred

  • Previous sales experience or account management is a plus; preferably 3 to 5 years

  • Strong communication skills; both written and verbal

  • Strong time management and organization skills
