As a Channel Business Development Manager , youll grow and lead Centercodes channel ecosystem. Youll develop meaningful partnerships, design impactful programs, and drive mutual success through planning, enablement, and relationship-building. From co-marketing to deal registration, youll shape how partners engage with our brand. What You'll Do as a Channel Business Development Manager
- Partner Program Development and Management: Design, manage, and optimize partner programs, tools, and incentives to drive engagement and align with company growth objectives
- Partner Prospecting and Pipeline Building: Identify, evaluate, and engage new partners and markets to expand reach and generate qualified pipeline through the channel
- Engaging with Prospective Partners: Craft compelling business cases aligned with partner goals to drive interest in and adoption of Centercode solutions
- Closing Partner Deals: Lead partner planning and sales execution to close deals, consistently meet or exceed revenue targets, and grow joint business opportunities
- Partner Relationship Management : Foster trusted, long-term relationships across partner organizations while resolving conflicts and ensuring program alignment and compliance
- Partner Growth and Success: Drive partner success through onboarding, enablement, strategic planning, and quarterly reviews to maximize performance and revenue contribution
What You Need to Do the Job
- Proven experience (5+ years) in channel sales or business development, preferably in B2B/SaaS
- Demonstrated success building and managing strategic partner programs
- Track record of owning the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals
- Innate ability to build great rapport and relationships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to operate independently and drive initiatives forward
- Strategic thinking skills with a focus on scalable program design and long-term growth
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort with revenue accountability and ability to meet or exceed quotas and KPIs
- Working knowledge of CRM and partner management tools (Hubspot, Introw experience a plus)

- Strong data literacy for use of dashboards and analytics to guide program optimization
- Formal sales methodology training
The Nitty Gritty
- This is a full-time, remote position
- Base compensation of $140k-$160k annually + commission
- Candidate must be willing and able to travel up to 30%
