We are looking for a customer focused, and sales driven teammate to join our Advocacy Team as an Intake Specialist.

JOB SUMMARY:

This REMOTE position is responsible for making and receiving calls with the purpose of selling our advocacy services to potential claimants. This is a front-line position with the results from this team driving the rest of the organization to achieve operational success.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

· Must have independent decision-making skills to determine eligibility of potential claimants

· Maintains preliminary discretion over the validity of potential claims

· Responsible for generating the front-end production results

· Provide phenomenal customer service

· Meet or exceed both individual and company quota objectives

· Meet or exceed all call metric expectations in a call center atmosphere

· Manage a portfolio of claims through phone and written communication

· Meet or exceed expectations in Quality Audits to ensure 100% accuracy on claims

· Answer all incoming calls from assigned queues

· Other duties as assigned

COMPETENCIES AND GENERAL SKILLS:

· Call Center background

· Demonstrated exceptional Customer Service Skills

· Relative experience in a sales or upselling environment

· Exceptional verbal, written and telephony skills

· Strong analytical and organizational skills

· Ability to complete work in a timely manner

· Models a high level of accountability and personal integrity; able to communicate across the organization openly and with respect

QUALIFICATIONS:

· BS or equivalent or minimum of 1-2 years relative work experience preferred

· Demonstrated strong Computer literacy skills with the ability to type and speak simultaneously

· Knowledge of SalesForce preferred

· Polished interpersonal skills and strong professionalism

· Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion

· Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

· Must have a strong ability to multitask between systems, phones and conversation

Pay Range

$18.00 - $18.00 Hourly

The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
