What You'll Be Doing
- Support the sales team with order entry, pricing, and customer account management
- Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate with operations to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer communications
- Assist in preparing sales reports and forecasts using internal systems
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn internal systems quickly

Work Environment
This position is based in an office setting with frequent interaction via phone and email. Occasional visits to plant or customer sites may be required. The role involves working closely with sales, dispatch, and operations teams.
