Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Environmental Sales Consultant to join our team. This role involves managing existing client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales & environmental services background, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts to achieve sales targets by selling new lines of business.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer success, product development) to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and market conditions to identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Studies, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Background in Environmental Health & Safety (preferred but not required)
  • Ability to work independently and manage 300+ client accounts.
  • Experience using Salesforce and/or other CRM tools is a plus.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
