Estimator Needed / Phone Sales / Paving & Landscaping

Well established pavement maintenance and landscaping maintenance provider is looking for an estimator and experienced sales and accounts manager to come join our growing team. Position would be visiting properties to review the property, take small measurements and photos so we can bid the job back in the office. Called calling for new leads would be apart of the positions during slow days.
Job Description: Cold calling sales for local landscaping and pavement maintenance contracts. Accounts manager for residential driveway sealing / paving department. Scheduling, sending quotes and quality control follow ups.

Pay structure is based on performance and experience. Avg. Salary ranges from $900 - $1200 weekly based on experience plus commissions on top of that . Position is base salary per week plus also includes commissions on all sales.

Must have a positive attitude and good organization skills is a must. Must have a valid drivers license.
