Key Responsibilities:
D esign s and administers a comprehensive total sales system that aligns with corporate growth objectives . Lead the formulation of robust operational frameworks to drive revenue optimization and market expansion enhancing productivity, effectiveness and efficiency
Leverage s advanced sales analytics, CRM insights, and predictive modeling to inform strategic decisions, forecast pipeline performance, and implement proactive go-to-market adjustments.
Foster s an environment of accountability and synergy by driving collaboration between sales, marketing, finance, product and operations teams. Ensure efficient communication channels to maximize operational impact.
Champion s continuous improvement initiatives by refining sales processes, implementing best practices, and streamlining workflows for sustainable operational efficiency.
Oversees executive and associate management functions. Including performance management, salary planning and administration, assessing and development of talent to ensure associates are appropriately skilled for future business state model , hiring and placement, and ensuring a strong performance driven culture.
May perform other responsibilities as assigned .
Reporting Relationships : Reports to SVP, P&C Sales & Distribution. Approx., 6 direct reports including 3 AVPs, 1 Executive Administrative Assistant , 1 Ops Operations Director. 25-30 Indirect reports
Typical Skills and Experiences:
Education: Undergraduate degree. Master's degree is preferred.
Experience: 15 years industry experience in sales operations, sales strategy or related roles. Proven leadership experience in a senior sales operations role. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Work with a strong sense of urgency. Must have sales through independent distribution . Insurance Preferred
Knowledge , Abilities and Skills : Strong ability to develop relationships and work in partnership with our Sales Leaders. Ability to lead without authority and a champion of collaboration. Ability set and d rive v ision and p urpose: Ability to establishe strategic direction and ability to translate broad strategic decisions, selling the vision, leading change through times of transformational discontinuous and incremental change, driving execution, entrepreneurship
