Producing Field Sales Manager (1099 Independent Contractor)

Position Overview

We're hiring a Field Sales Manager for a 20-day fiber internet sales campaign in Sanford, NC. This is a 1099 contractor role for an established sales professional who can lead a team while actively selling.

About the Role

Our company is expanding fiber internet services in Sanford, NC and needs an experienced manager to lead our field sales team. You'll be responsible for both managing sales representatives and personally engaging with customers to promote our high-speed fiber internet services.

Responsibilities

Manage and coach a team of sales representatives
Conduct door-to-door sales presentations to residential customers
Lead daily team meetings and provide performance feedback
Maintain sales records in company CRM system
Coordinate with corporate office for leads and materials
Ensure team follows all company policies and procedures

Compensation

$200 commission per personal sale
$50 management override per team member sale
Weekly payments
Performance bonuses available
Realistic earning potential: $10,000-$25,000 for the 20-day period

Requirements

Minimum 3 years field sales management experience
At least 1 year telecommunications industry experience
Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
Smartphone for CRM access and communication
Available for full 20 business days (including Saturdays)
Must pass background check
Professional appearance and communication skills

Work Details

Duration: 20 business days starting July 21, 2025
Hours: Monday-Friday, 11 AM - 8 PM | Saturday, 9 AM - 6 PM (recommended)
Sundays off
Daily team meetings at 10:30 AM
