The Opportunity

We're seeking a

Business Development Managerto lead outside sales efforts, grow our client base, and strengthen existing relationships. This role is key to our revenue strategy and offers high-impact opportunities for professionals who take ownership and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business through strategic prospecting and solution-based selling

- Maintain and expand existing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention

What We're Looking For

- Proven success in outside B2B sales, preferably in staffing or HR solutions

- Strong communicator with the ability to influence across all levels of an organization

- Results-oriented, competitive, and driven by growth targets

- Business acumen and experience managing account profitability

- Tech-savvy with working knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
