Job Title: Client Services Account Manager

Reports To: Client Services Manager

Job Summary

Client Satisfaction will be responsible for ensuring the client's expectations are entirely achieved and all post-delivery customer service issues are seamlessly resolved. This position works across Showrooms, Production and Freight to elevate the client experience by proactively addressing concerns and delivering unparalleled customer service.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for post-delivery service issues, including damages, repairs, replacements and warranty claims.
  • Collaborate with Showroom Customer Service teams to investigate and resolve complex customer service issues.
  • Coordinate with Business Unites, logistics, production and quality teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of client concerns, including cancelled orders, refunds and replacements.
  • Maintain detailed records of service cases in Service Management Tool for accurate CS data.
  • Drive service response time and resolution for showrooms and clients.
  • Communicate professionally and empathetically with showrooms and clients to establish and maintain a positive rapport.
  • Proactively identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements to enhance the showroom and client experience.
  • Work with Business Units to stay updated on product knowledge and any changes in company processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • 3+ years in client services, account management or customer support, preferable in the luxury home furnishings or design industry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a calm, diplomatic approach to conflict resolution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
  • Organized and self-driven
