We have an opportunity for a Commercial and Personal Multi-Line Account Manager to implement, service and manage the insurance needs of our personal and commercial lines clients. Put your skills, knowledge and energy to work supporting our clients.

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle a large book with general commercial and Personal Lines business requiring a comprehensive understanding of the industry and broad knowledge in Property, Casualty, Auto, E&O, D&O, Management Liability, Builder’s Risk +more…
- Quote, propose and write both Personal and Commercial Lines insurance products and services.
- Counsel and advise clients on exposures/risks and offer insurance solutions to meet their needs. Regularly engage with clients to develop, nurture, and retain long term relationships.
- Pursue continuous education within our industry to build your skills.
- Participate in our proactive account renewal process.
- Ensure that all account files are properly documented within our management system.
- Consistently assess new business opportunities and cross sell as needed.
- Achieve and exceed sales, retention and growth goals and objectives.
- Collaborate and engage with all of our team members.
Job Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent. College Degree or Military experience desired
- Minimum of 3 years of insurance industry experience related to servicing small to medium commercial accounts and personal lines accounts
- A current Mass. Property and Casualty Insurance license or the ability to successfully obtain. CIC, CPCU, or other insurance designations are desirable but not required.
- A high energy and outgoing personality with excellent communication and technology skills.
- Knowledge of computer software packages, including Microsoft Office. Experience using Applied EPIC is desired
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Established relationships with seasoned Commercial Lines E&S brokers desired
