- Locations include : Minneapolis, St. Paul, Bloomington, Edina, Wayzata, White Bear Lake, Roseville and additional MN Metro cities.
- Roles include: Sales Agent, Customer Specialist, Business Development Representative, and New & Used Car Sales Professionals
- Compensation: Earn a guaranteed starting base of $17/hr + sales incentives. First-year earnings of $50K+ - no auto experience required!

Responsibilities include:
- Guide customers through the sales process by providing vehicle information, answering questions, and offering solutions tailored to their needs.
- Track customer interactions and sales progress using internal systems and CRM tools.
- Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to overall team performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth handoff from sales to service or delivery.
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year of experience in a sales, customer-facing, or service-oriented role
- Quick to learn and adapt to new sales technologies and CRM tools
- Goal-oriented with strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, in-person environment
- Have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
