To reach this goal, we are seeking a dynamic Regional Director of Sales to lead our Lancaster, Pennsylvania Sales Team. In this role, you will manage the Lancaster, Pennsylvania Territory by executing a plan to achieve revenue targets, building a strategic roadmap for growth, collaborating with and mentoring a talented team that excels at consultative selling. Accountabilities Include:
- Oversee and direct all healthcare and education sales activities, with a focus on sales revenue and gross margin goals for the region and Company.
- Develop and support individual KPIs and associated metrics to achieve goals.
- Develop long-range plans for the department and participate in management team meetings, reviewing pipelines, and employee performance.
- Develop and implement a sales plan/ budget with finance and marketing that includes sales projections/goals, territory/vertical market assignments, key and targeted account identification, and a new and existing customer development program.
- Oversee the sales proposal process for submitting high-quality proposals to prospective and current customers.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with our core customer base.
- Ensure that sales and internal teams are up to date on industry, competition, and product trends in the market.
- Oversee and evaluate the sales support administration designated to be a resource to all sales processes, as well as produce quality reports that reflect trends.
- Develop a roadmap on how to achieve growth and identify additional investment in product, acquisition, and resources.
- Attend job-related training, as offered by the Company, as well as self-driven learning efforts.
- Mentor, train, and share knowledge with others as required and be a conduit for other business units to collaborate and align to achieve success.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of related work experience.
- Leadership experience managing and directing the work of others.
- Proven track record of achieving YTD revenue goals, growth, and proven performance leading teams.
- Strong knowledge of customer relations, marketing, communications, contractor issues, labor relations, project management issues, and job costing.
- Proficiency with CRM tools.
- Ability to exercise the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.
- Demonstrated motivational and leadership skills.
- Professional self-starter who is reliable, flexible, proactive, resilient, organized, and punctual.
- Computer skills to include understanding basic computer manipulation, managing computer files, word processing, using spreadsheets and databases, creating presentations, finding information, and communicating.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively express ideas and information.
- Ability to thrive both independently and in a team environment.
- A high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Basic math computation skills to include addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages and fractions.
- Ability to follow policies, processes and procedures.
- Effective use of Microsoft 365 suite of products.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to task in completing assignments with quality outputs.
- Maintain a clean driving record.
