Roofing Sales Estimator

• Connect with homeowners and guide them through the roofing and exterior improvement process.
• Knock doors and generate leads through direct, face-to-face outreach.
• Inspect the exterior of homes to determine necessary repairs.
• Educate customers on both retail and insurance-based roofing options.
• Estimate financing options to make home upgrades more accessible.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven experience in sales preferred
• Understanding of construction processes.

• Willingness to knock doors and engage with homeowners.
• A positive attitude and the ability to learn quickly.
• Experience in sales or construction is helpful but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation.

This position primarily involves fieldwork, with two in-person sales meetings per week in Gahanna. The role offers an opportunity to make six figures, enormous growth opportunities as the company looks to expand into additional markets within two years, and sales incentives and bonuses. Top sales producers will be awarded a Rolex every year, and those who hit sales goals will receive a company-paid trip to Puerto Rico.

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $100000.00/yr.

This is a 1099 position, so candidates need to be aware that there are no internal benefits. All liability insurances are covered by the company.
