Superb Roofing & Restoration is a family-owned, veteran-operated roofing company serving New Braunfels and surrounding areas. We're expanding our team and seeking motivated individuals to join us as Roofing Sales Representatives.

What You'll Do:

• Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, local networking, and digital inquiries.
• Perform detailed roof inspections and deliver clear, honest assessments to homeowners.
• Educate customers on roofing systems, product options, financing solutions, and warranties.
• Assist homeowners with navigating the insurance claims process, including storm damage documentation.
• Manage leads and maintain long-term client relationships to maximize referral business.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets while delivering 5-star customer experiences.

What Were Looking For

• Sales experience is preferred roofing, construction, or home services are big pluses.
• Familiarity with roofing systems or insurance claims is helpful.
• Confident communicator with strong people skills and a self-starting mindset.
• Comfortable with door-to-door sales and canvassing in storm-affected neighborhoods.
• You must be physically able to climb ladders and inspect residential roofs (well train you on safety and inspection techniques).
• Reliable transportation ideally a truck or vehicle capable of carrying a ladder.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Being bilingual (English/Spanish) is a definite advantage.

Schedule & Work Environment

• Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends during storm seasons.
• Field-based position covering New Braunfels, Comal County, Guadalupe County, and surrounding areas.
