As an Automotive Call Center Representative/BDC Agent at our Centralized Herb Chambers Service BDC you will handle inbound/outbound calls and appointment setting, for our service clients. You will be extensively trained in all best practices, guaranteeing your success. If you are a well-spoken professional who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment, you are encouraged to apply. Previous phone, retail or automotive experience is helpful, but not required. Just a great attitude.

Job Responsibilities:
- Daily communication with customers on inbound calls, outgoing calls and texting solutions to schedule service appointments.
- Basic customer service follow-up calls after completion of service visits.
- Maintain and follow our script and inbound call process to efficiently schedule appointments at ease for our guests.
- Work closely with Service Management, Service Advisor and Parts Advisor teams.
- Ongoing on-site training of basic dealership guidelines and scheduling systems.
