Sales Operations Manager Farmers Markets, Retail & Wholesale (SF)

Obour Foods is hiring a full-time Sales Operations Manager to lead our customer-facing sales operation.

Were a Bay Area-based hummus and dip company with a cult following at farmers markets, a shop at the SF Ferry Building, and growing wholesale accounts across the Bay.

Many say our hummus is the best theyve ever had. Were inclined to agree.

• Location: San Francisco Bay Area (must be local)
• Type: Full-time, salaried
• Compensation: $55,000$65,000/year + tips + quarterly bonuses (up to $12,000/year)
• Schedule: Includes weekends (Wednesday/Thursday off)

• Manage 2025 weekend sales reps across 18+ farmers markets
• Oversee staffing and operations at our Ferry Building retail shop
• Maintain wholesale relationships and order follow-ups
• Lead our grocery demo program (youll have help, but youre in charge)
• Coordinate staffing and inventory needs with our General Manager and Production Manager
• Work one weekend market or shop shift per day (Sat/Sun) and provide on-call support
• Submit weekly sales reports and team updates to the founder

• 25+ years of experience in retail, food service, CPG, farmers markets, or hospitality
• Comfortable managing part-time teams across multiple locations
• Clear communicator with strong follow-through
• Based in the Bay Area and available to work weekends
• Highly organized and confident using tools like Google Sheets, Slack, and Square

Bonus if you have:

• Experience in grocery demos or CPG field marketing
• Spanish fluency
• Comfort using tools like ChatGPT to streamline workflow
