Construction Project Manager

Our client is looking to add a Construction Project Manager to their team for a project located in Century City, CA for a large hotel remodel. This is a 12 month contract opportunity that could lead to being brought on for additional projects.

The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for maintaining the procurement log for construction projects.This person will need to have excellent experience with cost management. This role is critical to ensure timely delivery of materials, services, and other project-related needs.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of Project management experience
  
  
• Excellent experience with cost management
  
  
• Own and manage the project procurement log from start to finish.
  
  
• Provide regular updates to the project team on the status of materials, services, and deliveries.
  
  
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to confirm lead times and shipping schedules.
  
  
• Identify potential delays and communicate proactively to help keep the project on schedule.
  
  
• Support the project team with procurement-related documentation and communication.
