Summary:
The Sales Coordinator will be an integral part of our team, responsible for supporting sales activities, managing client relationships, and ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for the hospitality industry.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare and distribute sales materials, Banquet Event Orders, rooming lists, proposals and contracts
Schedules and coordinate sales meetings, site visits and client presentations. Ensure all logistical details are managed efficiently.
Respond to client inquiries promptly and provide exceptional customer service.
Assist in planning and managing events at the resort, including weddings, corporate retreats and special occasions. Coordinate with clients and vendors to ensure successful event execution.
Work closely with the marketing and operations team to ensure seamless guest experience from initial inquiry to post stay follow up.
Assist with organizing and attending promotional events and trade shows.
Handle various administrative duties such as filing, data entry and correspondence to support the sales team's efforts.
Partner with the F&B/Catering manager to outline upcoming events, secure guarantees and finalize arrangements as required.
Develop and manage daily events calendars. Ensure proper logistics and communication to effectively coordinate scheduled resort activities.

Required Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Hear and speak the English language fluently
Strong decision-making ability
Proficient Computer Skills
Ability to weekends and holidays
Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills
Physical demands and working conditions:
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Must be able to lift to 20 pounds occasionally and 10 pounds regularly.
Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and move safely over uneven terrain.
Able to work inside and outdoors and in various climates.
Valid driver's license
