Major Account Executive
Per Mar Security is looking for an experienced Major Account Electronic Security Representative for our Twin Cities market. We are looking for someone with proven success in sales and account management, technical expertise with industry knowledge, communication and leadership, as well as soft skills. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth, develop and manage key client relationships in the electronic security sector. This role offers outstanding earning potential!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with major accounts
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships
- Design and propose comprehensive electronic security solutions
- Conduct risk assessments and security audits for clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation
- Meet or exceed sales targets consistently
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in electronic security sales, preferably with major accounts
- Strong knowledge of electronic security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals
- Ability to build and maintain C-level relationships
- Industry certifications (e.g., ASIS, PSP) preferred but not required
