Inside Sales / Administrative Assistant

Charger Water Treatment Products is one of the most successful players in the residential and commercial water treatment industry and a leader in Wholesale/OEM top branded supplies. We have 15 centers located across the country. We service water treatment dealers, plumbing contractors, well diggers and commercial accounts. Our custom built solutions are sold through our large network of trade professionals. We are looking for a confident, people-person who is a quick learner and enjoys fast moving, exciting environments.

Job Responsibilities

• Answer and direct phone calls
• Input orders
• Make and follow up on sales calls
• Answer requests for information
• Maintain filing system
• Typing documents and correspondence
• Coordinate work flow for busy delivery system
• Monitor and order inventory of office supplies
• Manage petty cash

Job Requirements

• Proficient use of email and internet
• Strong organization skills
• Ability to manage time, multi task and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Be adaptable and problem solve
• Report to and assist Branch Manager
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Customer service oriented
• Be a team player
• High School diploma or GED
