We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive capable of business development, sales, building and managing teams, and strategic planning. The right individual will have an entrepreneurial mindset to assist our expansion in this regional market. As Vice President of Business Development, you will work with a dynamic team of sales agents and investors who share your passion for success. Job Responsibilities

  • Generate and support leads, establish relationships, and develop business through traditional methods as well as social media.  Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
  • Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Professionals, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, and other Strategic Partners.
  • Attend and participate in weekly training session and coach new team members.  Must be a leader who inspires his/her team members.
  • Must have over 5 years experience in sales, training, management, and/or real estate-related disciplines.
  • Be able to demonstrate products and services to prospects individually and/or in groups of up to 100 prospects, using webinars and other marketing tools.
  • Must be genuinely interested in helping other better their lives through financial education, wealth creation, and personal development.

Job Requirements

  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.  Ideal candidate is engaged in a continuous personal development program.
  • Confident, self-starter who works well independently and needs no supervision.
  • Must have experience developing strategic business development plans and creating the tools, systems, and processes needed to implement those plans.
  • Works well with other team members, and is consistent, committed, and creative.   Must maintain a positive attitude and be serious about the success of all involved.
  • Must have at least 5 years' experience in the direct sales, marketing, or training fields.  Candidates with public and/or motivational speaking skills will be given priority.
  • Must have earned over $100K/yr in a performance-based role such as sales, recruiting, or business development.
