Job Description

Area Sales Executive is responsible for the overall strategic planning, management, productivity and achievement of sales goals for the assigned properties. Area Sales Executive reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and works collaboratively with the corporate Revenue Manager and leadership committee at each respective hotel within the assigned portfolio to ensure that sales and booking strategy is in line with the properties business needs.


  • BS with a focus on Hotel Management and Tourism, minimum 5 years in multiple hotel sales, corporate hotel administration or related. MBA Preferred.
  • Possess verifiable track record of exceeding revenue goals and benchmarks.
  • Extensive knowledge of sales methodology including needs analysis, feature/benefit presentation, pre-sale overcoming of objections, sales closing techniques, and ability to teach and coach.
  • Proven leadership skills.

About Titan Development & Investments:

Titan Development & Investments is rapidly growing their hospitality portfolio and are establishing a hotel management company to support our growth goals and future success. Currently, we have three hotels in our portfolio with several other planned additions in the near future. We are excited to have a dedicated team to oversee all hotels to create efficiencies, accountability, and optimal results.

In addition to Titan’s experience with developing hospitality, senior living, affordable, market rate, and Class A office properties throughout the country, we also have nearly three decades of hospitality management experience. Our current hotels, DoubleTree and Hilton Garden Inn, are in Rochester, Minnesota. We are in the construction phase of a Hilton in Rochester which will be the city’s most luxurious hotel attracting VIP guests from across the world that are traveling for business or their medical needs at Mayo Clinic. The planned opening is Spring 2019 and we are recruiting for key positions.

It is an exciting time for Rochester, Minnesota, as a major initiative is happening. Destination Medical Center (DMC) is a unique 20-year economic development initiative. The $5.6 billion plan is the largest in Minnesota’s history. With the expansion of Mayo Clinic and DMC growth, Rochester is a global destination for health and wellness and so much more. We are working very closely with the DMC team to ensure our Hilton project is aligned with their goals, as well as several other projects that we have in the works.
