5+ years of sales experience in construction materials, preferably stone or concrete pavers.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share and meet revenue targets
  • Manage and mentor a remote sales team, setting clear goals and KPIs
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with contractors, builders, architects, and distributors
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and campaigns
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients and partners
  • Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team
  • Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
  • Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
  • Report on team and individual performance
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan
  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • 5+ years of sales experience in construction materials, preferably stone or concrete pavers
  • Proven track record of leading successful remote sales teams
  • Strong understanding of hardscape products and installation processes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • 50% plus travel required
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
