Daily Responsibilities:

• One Call Resolution for customer inquiries
• Handling inbound calls and providing excellent customer service
• Processing orders and payments accurately
• Assisting with asset protection and resolution of customer complaints
• Loading and unloading rental vehicles

Required Skills:

• Call center experience
• Service sales experience
• Order processing and payment processing skills
• Customer support and complaint resolution abilities
• Strong relationship management skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Inbound/outbound calling experience
• Merchandising and housekeeping skills
• Cashier skills and reimbursement knowledge
