Sales Account Rep – (AT&T).

Location: West Des Moines, Iowa
Hourly Pay: $14 - $17 per hour
OTE (On-Target Earnings): $32,000 - $52,000 annually, based on competitive, including Commission & Bonuses

We are seeking a business-minded and ambitious Sales Account Rep to join our dynamic
team. As a sales account representative, you will be responsible for selling wireless products and
services to customers, while providing excellent customer service and building relationships with
clients. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with a passion for sales and a drive to
succeed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Educate customers on wireless products and services.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Assist in the activation and processing of new accounts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and concerns.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or 18+.
• Previous sales experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual is an asset.
• Ability to work flexible hours/including weekends.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
