Senior Manager, Sales & Field Marketing

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Professional, Field/Sales Marketing to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will plan and execute localized marketing campaigns that generate new prospects and improve client retention. You will serve as the key liaison between marketing and sales teams—including inside, outside, and partner sales—to ensure alignment and maximize business impact.

This position involves managing moderately complex to complex projects with minimal supervision, requiring strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and effective collaboration across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement localized marketing and sales programs tailored to specific market needs.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for inside, outside, and partner sales teams to support sales enablement and campaign execution.

  • Gather, analyze, and report customer intelligence to sales teams to drive targeted marketing efforts.

  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales operations, and leadership to ensure alignment on strategic goals.

  • Manage multiple marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and measurable results.

  • Influence department strategies by providing insights from field activities and market trends.

  • Make decisions on technical approaches and campaign components independently.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in field marketing, sales enablement, or related roles.

  • Strong passion for improving customer and consumer experiences.

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and follow through to completion.

  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills to work across cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s in Healthcare/Business) is a plus.

  • Previous management or team leadership experience.

  • Experience managing large-scale projects or marketing campaigns.

  • Familiarity with healthcare or technical sales environments is an advantage.
