Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of insurance accounts
• Provide personalized service to clients
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Review and analyze insurance policies
• Assist clients with claims and billing inquiries

Required Skills:

• Experience in personal lines and commercial property and casualty insurance
• Bilingual in mandarin Chinese and English
• Knowledge of commercial insurance
• Strong skills in cross-selling and agency management
• Ability to provide excellent client services

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in underwriting and risk management
• Knowledge of employee benefits
• Ability to create proposals and resolutions
• Experience in media and referrals
• Strong decision-making and account management skills

Hourly Rate and Benefits:

The hourly rate for this position starts from $18.  Part-time and full-time positions are both available.
