Are you an experienced industrial sales professional with a background in the steel industry or industrial hydraulics? We’re looking for a Highly Motivated Industrial Sales Representative to join our team and help expand our customer base while supporting existing client relationships.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the challenges of heavy-duty manufacturing and can offer tailored solutions for hydraulic cylinder repair, custom fabrication, and steel services.
Key responsibilities: Develop new business through prospecting, cold calling, and networking. Maintain and grow relationships with current clients. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Provide accurate and detailed information for our inside team to quote our customers. Submit daily sales reports. Meet and exceed sales goals and performance metrics. Collaborate with our internal teams.
Qualifications: Proven experience in industrial sales (3+ years preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-starter with excellent time management and organization. Mechanical or technical background is a plus. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.
