About the Role

As a Digital Media Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for selling digital advertising solutions exclusively. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Tempe, AZ, focused on managing the entire sales cycle—from identifying client needs and developing strategy to closing deals and overseeing campaign success. You’ll work with a combination of company-provided leads and self-sourced prospects, delivering customized solutions that align with each client’s goals through virtual communication channels such as phone, email and video conferencing. We partner with industry-leading digital providers to ensure our offerings yield exceptional results and drive real ROI for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and engage company-provided and self-sourced leads through virtual outreach
  • Identify client needs and recommend digital strategies that align with their business objectives
  • Prepare and present clear, compelling proposals that showcase relevant digital solutions
  • Sell a diverse suite of digital products including display advertising, email marketing, geotargeting, sponsored content, video and social media
  • Lead clients through the sales process from initial outreach to final agreement with our customer service and digital teams taking over for post-sale execution and support
  • Build and maintain strong virtual relationships with business owners, marketing teams and agency partners
  • Stay informed on digital advertising trends, tools and campaign performance best practices

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital advertising sales
  • Excellent virtual communication and presentation skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines effectively
  • Comfortable working independently within a structured office environment
